Yes. Capital Company connects to ChatGPT and Claude, so you can set up an SPV or fund from the assistant you already use:
- Connect Capital Company to ChatGPT or Claude (how).
- Describe the deal in your own words, for example “set up an SPV for a $500k secondary purchase, accredited investors, no fees”.
- Answer what Capital Company's assistant asks: usually the manager and anything about the deal you did not say.
- Review the SPV it shows you, and confirm it.
Nothing is created or sent until you confirm, and the assistant never moves money. If you do not have a Capital Company account yet, you can still draft the SPV: it is created once you verify your email. From the same chat you can then invite investors, send subscription agreements and send capital call notices, each confirmed by you first.
